Chief Operations Officer and Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Caroline’s strong leadership and organizational skills motivate staff and facilitate a productive and positive workplace. As Chief Financial Officer, Caroline is responsible for the strategic planning and budgeting to ensure Newcleus’ financial success by overseeing all aspects of corporate accounting, regulatory and tax reporting, as well as managing accounting, payroll, auditors and banking firms.
Caroline began her career when she joined Roxborough Manayunk Bank in 2002. During her time there, she served as controller acting as liaison between Auditors and Federal Examiners. Her roles as EVP, CFO for St. Edmond’s Federal Savings Bank and her consecutive positions as VP / CFO for GCF Bank and EVP / CFO for First Savings Bank of Perkasie PA, provided a perfect background for Meyer-Chatfield Group, where she served as Chief Financial Officer for two years prior to the combination with BFS Group, to form Newcleus. Caroline was a key leader at Meyer-Chatfield and played a pivotal role in the execution of the combination of two company cultures and finances.
In addition, Caroline has served on the Board of the Financial Managers Society, Philadelphia Chapter since 2008, historically acting as Chapter President and winning the Chapter Excellence Award and Membership Growth Awards from the National Chapter. She was Member of the Year in 2015. In every instance, Caroline maintains a high-quality level of service and solid client relationships.
Ms. Doyle earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
